  • How do I track my order?

When your items ship, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information.

What if I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation?


You can find your order status on our website. Just click the login icon in the upper righthand corner of the site, and select Sign In. You can then sign in to your account to view your Order History.  Search for your current order and you’ll see tracking information there.

In a word…yes! We are proud to say that we offer FREE standard shipping for any orders!

  • What are keenfootwear.com shipping restrictions?

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

– We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.

– For items purchased with a credit card, you will not be billed until the items have shipped. For items purchased with a debit or bank card, there may be a hold or authorization placed on your card upon order confirmation.
